If you are selling your house in South Australia, or are a real estate agent needing a Form 1 prepared for your vendor, Nankivell Conveyancing can help. We order all necessary government prescribed searches to support the preparation of the Form 1 on your behalf as part of the conveyancing process.
We offer a fixed fee for Form 1 preparation and when you use us as your conveyancers to finalise your settlement, you will not need to pay for the Form 1 preparation and searches until settlement.
