Emma Nankivell is the Managing Director and owner of Nankivell Conveyancing. A Certified Practising Registered Conveyancer, Emma has accrued a wealth of experience, having worked in various size conveyancing and law firms for over 16 years.

In 2017 Nankivell Conveyancing was established with a vision of providing exceptional service and customer care. Recognising the stress and worry that can accompany property transactions, and estate matters, Emma is dedicated to treating each transaction as if it were her own. Her attention to detail, thoroughness, and commitment to client satisfaction have earned her a well-respected reputation in the industry.

Originally from Encounter Bay, near Victor Harbor, Emma has deep roots in her local community. She grew up enjoying the beach lifestyle and built long-lasting friendships and networks through school and sporting activities.

Today, she continues to relish the beauty of the Fleurieu Peninsula with her two sons. As a family, they love exploring their own town, dining out, and taking in the breath-taking landscapes the region has to offer.

As a member of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers (SA) Division, Emma stays up to date with the latest industry trends and regulations, ensuring her clients receive the most accurate and reliable advice. Emma is the preferred Local Residential Conveyancing Specialist on the Fleurieu.

Melanie Finn, our Certified Practising Registered Conveyancer, began her venture into the world of conveyancing back in 2002 when she stepped into an initial role as a conveyancing assistant. Her passion for this field was immediate and since then Melanie has gained extensive experience working for a range of conveyancing and law firms of various sizes. This wide ranging experience has equipped Melanie with a wealth of knowledge that she now brings to the clients of Nankivell Conveyancing, offering them invaluable guidance and support throughout their residential property transactions.

Melanie is not just about transactions; she’s about people. Her strength lies in her ability to understand the legal aspects of a property transaction as well as in connecting with her clients ensuring their needs are at the forefront of the process. Her client-centred approach, attentive listening skills and open communication style enables her to understand the needs of her clients making their property journey as positive as possible.

Originally from the city, Melanie made the move to the South Coast to live and work as a Registered Conveyancer in 2009 and was a local in the community for 12 years before moving to the northern part of the Fleurieu where she and her extended family now live.
Melanie still loves her time working in Victor Harbor. When she’s not assisting clients to make important life changes, she spending quality time at home with her family and friends, at the beach, at a local Park Run event, reading a good book, enjoying a local band, music festival or dining out.
